Ion-source plasma characterization for pulsed ion implantation

We are pleased to announce that Noivion, in collaboration with the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, is carrying out a project aimed at characterizing the plasma of an ion source in a device for pulsed ion implantation and atomic oxygen generation using IJD technology.
