MoS2 by IJD made at CNR IMEM Trento

IJD is emerging as a cost-efficient, versatile thin-film technique for transition-metal dichalcogenides such as molybdenum disulfide (MoS2).

A work at IMEM-CNR in Trento demonstrated deposition of homogeneous, continuous, stoichiometric MoS2 films by IJD, paving the way for applications that solve well-known selenization problems. Ghiami, Timpel, Chiappini, Nardi, Verucchi (2020), Surfaces 2020, 3, 683–693.
