ICPAM-18 in Prague and W3+ Fair in Jena — Noivion in September

September is a busy month for Noivion: a research conference in Prague, followed by a high-tech trade fair in Jena. Two different audiences, one technology — Ionized Jet Deposition (IJD).

Noivion was invited to speak at ICPAM-18, the 18th International Conference on Physics of Advanced Materials, in the Round Table on Research Innovation, Technology Transfer, and Commercialization. We presented IJD — a single pulsed-electron-beam platform that combines thin-film coating and pulsed ion implantation — and discussed what it offers the research community: a wide, still largely unexplored process-parameter space, access to materials that are difficult to reach with conventional PVD methods, and a direct path from a benchtop Lab Jet system to full-scale production without changing the underlying physics.
