Grant project – Proof of Concept (Call III)

We are honoured that the Proof of Concept selection committee (Call III, VK No. 3) supported our project “Industrial coating system for nanofilms deposition – technology validation under operating conditions” and approved a budget of CZK 20,527,704.00, of which CZK 12,938,997.60 is a subsidy.

In cooperation with CTU FNSPE, the goal is to upgrade our industrial IJD prototype with (A) online measurement of the deposited layer thickness and (B) plasma cleaning of the substrate in the chamber, plus an ergonomic operator GUI and a digital twin for virtual parameter tuning, predictive maintenance and quick reconfiguration.
