Deposition System Operator

Operate our IJD deposition and ion implantation systems in the Říčany coating centre — from preparing parts and targets to running deposition recipes and checking coating quality.

• Operate IJD deposition systems (Lab Jet, NOIVITRON) — loading parts, mounting targets, running recipes
• Prepare and clean substrates and vacuum chambers
• Monitor deposition processes and record process data
• Perform basic quality checks of coated parts (thickness, adhesion, visual)
• Carry out routine system maintenance together with our engineers

• Technical education (electro / mechanical / chemical field welcome)
• Manual skill and precision — you will work with high-value parts
• Willingness to learn vacuum and plasma technology — we will train you
• Reliability and attention to process discipline
• Basic English skills and experience with precision machinery are a plus, but not a requirement
